Welcome back’ event held today at Golden West

It’s that time again… along with new textbooks, sharpened pencils, and crazy parking lots, the beginning of the semester at Golden West College means it’s time for the annual Welcome Back event.
Taking place today (Wednesday , Feb. 10) on the Student Center patio, food and entertainment will be provided as an attempt to excite students for the new semester.
The event is free with a current College Services Sticker, or $2 for staff or without a sticker.
It’s sponsored by the Associated Students of Golden West.
“Those Guys” will be performing live during the daytime, and be sure to come hungry.
From 11:30 a.m – 1 p.m., and 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., each student can take advantage of the hamburger, chips, corn on the cob, and drink included with admission.
