2001: Space Odyssey”
On Wednesday April 14 at 8 p.m. “2001: A Space Odyssey” will be showing at the Bay Theater in Seal Beach. Watch classic movies as they were always meant to be watched, on the big screen. This old theater from 1947 screens classic films weekly, as well as independent and foreign films. The Bay Theater is located at 340 Main Street, Seal Beach. Huntington Beach Drum Circle Sundays
April 18 & 25 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. This drum jam is free and open to the public and includes Afro-Cuban and African inspired rhythms. A Sunday staple for many years, it’s a lot of fun and can go on until sunset. Located at the north side of Huntington Beach Pier on the concrete steps. Visit www.drumcirclefinder.us.

Huntington Beach’s first Art Walk
This exciting new event will feature the works of artists such as Bill Anderson of Anderson Gallery in Sunset Beach. Event begins at Art Center on Main Street and ends at Shorebreak Hotel in downtown HB. Wednesday, April 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Farmer’s Market and Art A-Fair Fridays.
This weekly outdoor market features locally grown produce, fresh seafood, handcrafted items and prepared exotic foods every Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Bolsa Chica Earth Day Event.
Saturday April 17, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. This free Earth Day event includes tours, planting on the mesa, family activities and refreshments. Highlighting the Junior Stewards program.

“Surfin’ Sundays”
Sunday, April 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum’s Concert Series will be down by the water and featuring surf bands: Goofyfoots, John Blair and the Trespassers, 3 Balls of Fire, Surfside IV and The Wedge.  It will be held at the Pier Plaza, amphitheater next to the pier in downtown Huntington Beach. www.surfingmuseum.org
